It's possible that you have a script that calls some objects not available in the Webbrowser control used by IE publications for security reasons, or remote scripts like Google analytics designed for online websites.
You can try to disable JavaScript errors if you wish to remove this dialog box.
Go to Application Settings => Visual Controls => IE Browser Properties
Turn ScriptNoErrorMsg on: if true, this disables the automatic Script Error dialog box when a JavaScript/VBScript error is found in an HTML page by the Internet Explorer engine.
