» About our affiliate programs

If you have a website, an opt-in customer list..., you can participate in our affiliate program, which allows you to make money by promoting HTML Executable and our other software programs. Every new referred sale will increase your revenue.

For instance, a license of HTML Executable Commercial edition costs $169: you may earn up to $51 per order you refer.

We offer the option of choosing either of our two Affiliate Programs run by Share-It (Element 5) or FastSpring. You are free to choose the service that best suits your needs. Program participation in either is absolutely non-binding and free of charge. There are no monthly or fixed costs to you for participating in our affiliate programs.

» How does it work?

When you become an affiliate, you will receive instructions from the reseller to track your referred sales. For instance, Share-It offers two methods: you can choose to rely on the affiliate ID, which is contained in your unique order link, or you can have Share-It place a cookie on the user's machine with your affiliate ID stored in it. If the user purchases the software at a later time (up to 6 months), the cookie will be recognized and the sale assigned to you. FastSpring offers a similar system (unique order links to the store).

You can place the referral links anywhere on your website. It is typically a good idea to place them with complementing products or related topics to help generate referrals. Since you have a lot of flexibility with the links, you can also try out different locations of the links on your website to gauge their effectiveness.

» What should you do to participate?

First, you need to apply to our Affiliate program by submitting the online registration form. If we accept your application, we will email you in return with instructions and a dedicated URL to the reseller's affiliate program you chose: Share-It or FastSpring (or both).

The initial commission is set to 25% for each referred sale and it may vary in the future depending on the conversion volume.

Note that our resellers will require you to create an affiliate account with them, as they will handle all payments of commissions to you.
